Thanks Red! The end of that story is now known... The bro called the airport and tried to have the phone curriered to him the next day at his office. The customer service rep said no because he couldn't prove that he was the owner of the phone. Bro says "I know that my sister called the customer service rep who answered a jackass." "Sir, you'd have to be way more specific than that." End of story is that bro had to drive back to the airport to pick it up. Hee hee.
