A befreckled friend of mine is serving in Afghanistan. She told me that when she visits the orphanages her freckles are a source of incredible fascination to the kids -- even more than the chocolate she always brings :).

They thought my skin might feel different since its freckled. Some are so compelled they just go into a zone rub my arm and then apologize for touching me. It's rather funny. i checked out that wiki link... they breifly talk about someone in a movie having a "freckle fetish" ...do i need to add that to my red hair fetish =;-)
