When there's a problem it's usually because they came from out of town

Mini Red and I are in the car tonight and she tells me about a boy on her school bus that is bugging her.

Red: "What's that all about?"

Mini Red: "Mom! He's a boy… I'm a girl! You know."

Red: "Oh so that means he LIKES you."

Mini Red: "No Mom I think it's because he isn't from here."

Red: "Oh really? Where is he from?"

Mini Red: "He's from the planet Idioto (i-de-O-toe)."
